 Doesn't seem to work on Vista
 DTMF didn`t work I am a PBX installer and I downloaded this mostly looking for a software I could use to read the DTMF tones from programed button on Hotel room phones. This isn't something I need a lot so it isn't worth the price of a hardware digit grabber.I couldn't get the DTMF features to work so it didn't fit my application.
 Help! It is not possible to review the product as we have been unable to install it yet. Each time we try to run the installer, it causes the setup program for Avira AntiVir to run. RecOnPhone DOES NOT INSTALL. Please can you help? We would like to try the program, but so far it has been impossible to install.

 This software is excellent. After the trail period I am trying to purchase it, but I'm unable to get it through the link(plimus). Could somebody help I would really like to buy this software. I have even emailed the softek and no answer. Please help.
Can you please advise how I can record telephone conversations using your recording software on a vista 64bit computer? I get an error message stating I do not have voice modem yet I am able to communicate via skype and other voice type services. If I do need to purchase a voice modem please advise exactly where I can obtain this. Thanks

Before the download, it would be very useful that the process makes a small analysis of the computer. I had a labtop and it took me a long time to discover that Voicent hardly works on labtops due to the kind of modems these computers have.Thanks.
 Again and again in Broadcast By Phone There is something cumbersome when you write just one name and number in the list and you want to dial inmediately. You are forced to save the list first. This happens even when the list is already on a file. Now, the status was also saved, ¿what for?: later, when you open the list, and want to make calls, you must firt delete the status, save again, now you have to chose again the voice mesage to play. I suggest:First, do not save the call status on the numbers list. Perhaps in another one for the record.Otherwise, include ...
 Not doing what I wanted! I was looking for something to dial *90 and start the message immediately. Voicent BroadcastByPhone Autodiale waits for a Hello or a bip.Thanks

i have downloade call recorder. and I am having difficulty hearing the other side of the conversation in recording.. I can hear my voice but not the customers voice. this sofware would be perfect for my setup but i need some help with settings. i have tried everything. i will not puchase this until i can set up the trial issue so i can show my boss how effective it is. i need it now... can you help me now?
